As reported by the Company in its Form 12b-25 filed with the SEC on April 30, 2026, the Company has been conducting additional procedures and analyses related to its disclosure, internal process controls, and the finalization of its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 to facilitate the filing of its Form 20-F.
