Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 12, 2021, SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, three proposals were submitted to the Company’s stockholders. The final voting results were as follows:

Proposal 1: The Company’s stockholders elected the two nominees named in the Company’s 2021 Proxy Statement to serve a three-year term expiring at the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The voting results are set forth below.
