On July 30, 2025, the Company announced that on July 28, 2025, the Board approved a quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of 2025 in the amount of $0.095 per share to holders of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's shareholders of record at the close of business on September 12, 2025 and is expected to be paid on October 9, 2025.
