ITEM5.03 – Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On November 19^th^, 2021, the Company adopted an Amendment to its Articles changing the name of the Corporation to STEMTECH CORPORATION in the state of Nevada, and on April 14^th^, 2022, FINRA gave final approval for said name change as found on its’Daily List with the new ticker Symbol “STEK”
