Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 22, 2021, Talkspace, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Mark Hirschhorn, President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Hirschhorn’s duties and responsibilities will be assumed by the Company’s executive leadership team.
