On July 1, 2022, Mr. Dongfeng Wang resigned as Chief Strategy Officer of Taoping Inc. (the “Company”), effectively immediately. Mr. Wang’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
