Item 5.02.   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers;Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Kevin Rock announced his retirement as President, Industrial Solutions Segment of TE Connectivity Ltd. (the “Company”) effective as of October 1, 2020. Mr. Rock is expected to continue as an employee of the Company until early 2021 providing transitional support and serving as interim President and General Manager of the Company’s Aerospace, Defense and Marine Business Unit. Effective October 1, 2020, Shad Kroeger, currently the President of the Company’s Communications Solutions Segment, will serve as President of the Company’s Industrial Solutions Segment. Also effective October 1, 2020, Aaron Stucki, currently the General Manager of the Company’s Industrial & Commercial Transportation (ICT) business unit, will serve as President of the Company’s Communications Solutions Segment.
