(d) On December 8, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Trane Technologies plc (the “Company”) elected April Miller Boise to serve as an independent director on the Company's Board. Ms. Miller Boise will serve on the Audit and Finance Committees of the Board.
Ms. Miller Boise will participate in the non-management director compensation program described on pages 31 through 33 of the Company's definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 24, 2020.
