Item 5.02.	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 28, 2025 Evan M. Turtz, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Trane Technologies plc (the "Company") notified the Company of his decision to retire from the Company. Mr. Turtz will retire later in the year following a transition period with his successor, once announced, to promote a smooth transition of leadership.
