On January 20, 2026, USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of the Company’s quarterly cash dividend. The dividend is in the amount of $0.125 per share of Class A common stock and is payable on March 5, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 17, 2026. For additional information, reference is made to the Company’s press release, dated January 20, 2026, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference thereto.

TO $0.125 Per Share Based on Strong Operating Earnings
Press Release
MIAMI, FL – January 20, 2026 – USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: USCB), the holding company for U.S. Century Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share of Class A common stock, which represents an increase of $0.025, or 25.0%, per share compared with the previous quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The cash dividend is payable on March 5, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 17, 2026. Future dividend payments are subject to quarterly review and approval by the Board of Directors.
