VINFASTREPORTS RECORD DELIVERIES OF 175,099 ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN 2025 IN VIETNAM

Hanoi, January 13,2026 – VinFast Auto Ltd. (“VinFast” or the “Company”) announced its preliminary domestic Vietnam deliveriesof 27,649 electric vehicles (“EVs”)^1^ for December 2025, setting a new record for the highest monthly deliveriesby any automotive brand in Vietnam^2^. For the full year 2025, the Company delivered a preliminary total of 175,099 EVs^1^to customers in Vietnam, representing the highest annual delivery volume recorded in the domestic Vietnamese market^2^. Thisachievement underscores VinFast’s leadership in the domestic automotive market^2^ and reflects the continued accelerationof Vietnam’s transition toward electric mobility.

Notably, 10,981 Limo Green vehicles^1^ were delivered in December 2025, making it VinFast’s best-selling model for the month and further reinforcing its position as the best-selling seven-seat multi-purpose vehicle in Vietnam^2^. The VF 5 ranked second, with 5,435 vehicles^1^ delivered. The VF 3 ranked third with 3,925 vehicles^1^ delivered, followed by the VF 6 with 3,541 vehicles^1^, and the VF 7 with 1,361 vehicles^1^ delivered in the same month.

For the full year 2025, the VF 3 and the VF 5 were VinFast’s two best-selling models in Vietnam with cumulative deliveries of 44,585 and 43,913 vehicles^1^, respectively. The Company also delivered 27,127 Limo Green vehicles^1^, 23,291 VF 6 vehicles^1^, 12,568 Herio Green vehicles^1^, and 9,653 VF 7 vehicles^1^ during the year.

This Form 6-K supplements the Company’s Report on Form 6-K furnished on January 5, 2026, by providing additional details regarding VinFast’s preliminary Vietnam delivery performance for 2025, including a breakdown by vehicle model.

This Form 6-K shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into the Company’s registration statement on Form S-8 (File No. 333-278251), registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-275133), and registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-291445) (including any prospectuses forming a part of such registration statements) and to be a part thereof from the date on which this report is furnished, to the extent not superseded by documents or reports subsequently filed or furnished.
