Item 8.01.	Other Events.

On April 28, 2025, VIP Play, Inc., a Nevada corporation, sunset its ZenSports application in preparation for the launch of its new VIP Play application in the Tennessee market. The launch of the new application is planned for May 7, 2025, subject to regulatory approval. All new and prior customers will be required to download the new VIP Play application upon launch, and go through the enhanced approval process. VIP Play, Inc. does not expect that this transition will have a material negative impact on its financial condition.
