On January 12, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company will release its preliminary, unaudited fourth quarter and full year 2022 results and provide an update on its capital allocation plans before the market opens on Friday, January 13, 2023, and will host a conference call that same day at 8:30 a.m. ET, with a simultaneous webcast from the Company’s Investor Relations website at www.irwendys.com.

DUBLIN, Ohio (January 12, 2023) – The Wendy’s Company (Nasdaq: WEN) will release its preliminary, unaudited fourth quarter and full year 2022 results and provide an update on its capital allocation plans before the market opens on Friday, January 13.
