On August 24, 2026, Donnie Upshaw, Senior Vice President and Chief Brand and People Officer of Wingstop Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he is resigning from his positions, effective September 10, 2026, to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Upshaw’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
