On October 14, 2020, CannAssist International Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that its Offering Statement on Form 1-A has been qualified by the Securities and Exchange Commission, effective as of October 13, 2020. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
