On December 30, 2024, Ms. Neelam Dhawan resigned as a director on the board of directors (“Board”) of Yatra Online, Inc. (the “Company”), and as a member of the Board committees, effective at the close of business on January 20, 2025. Ms. Dhawan’s resignation was due to her other professional commitments and did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
