Item5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements ofCertain Officers.

Effective December 22, 2025, Miky Yuk Chee WAN resigned from her position as the Secretary of ZICX Corporation (the “Company”). Concurrently therewith, Lo Wai Lin, our Chief Financial Officer and Director, was appointed to serve as the new Secretary of the Company. The departure of Miky Yuk Chee WAN from her position as Secretary was for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
