Program offer

Enrolled affiliate accounts may maintain up to five referral codes. Each code gives eligible new customers 10% off while subscribed and earns the affiliate 30% of eligible collected subscription revenue from every eligible renewal while the referred subscription and affiliate account remain active and eligible. There is no first-year limit or arbitrary expiry date.

Attribution

A customer is attributed when the affiliate promotion code is applied to the customer’s first eligible paid subscription. Each customer may be attributed to one affiliate. An affiliate cannot refer the same Equibles client account that owns the affiliate membership. Affiliates may create, control, or pay for additional Equibles accounts, and those accounts keep the customer discount. Equibles automatically excludes commission when an account shares a signup or login network with the affiliate or is paid with a payment method used by the affiliate. The subscription remains valid, but its payments are excluded from every affiliate balance and payout. Concealing a related account to obtain commission, fabricated transactions, refund abuse, and accounts created to evade usage limits or entitlement rules are not eligible.

Commission

Commission is calculated on subscription amounts actually collected, excluding taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, disputed payments, related-account payments, and shared-network payments. Each eligible renewal earns commission while the referred subscription and affiliate account remain active and eligible. Commission remains pending for at least 30 days.

Payouts

Equibles processes one payout cycle per calendar month, measured in UTC. Commission is approved automatically after its 30-day validation period when it enters an eligible cycle. Approved balances carry forward until they reach the $100 minimum payout. A qualifying balance through the end of the previous calendar month is scheduled for payment in U.S. dollars through the affiliate’s configured PayPal or Wise email on the 15th of the month, or the next weekday. No payout request is required. If approved refunds, disputes, or other adjustments reduce the balance below $100, no payment is due for that cycle and the balance carries forward.

Affiliates choose PayPal or Wise and provide the payout email during enrollment. Changing payout details triggers a security email to the affiliate account and places payouts on hold for seven days from the change. The affiliate is responsible for fees and currency-conversion charges imposed by the receiving service. Equibles may contact the affiliate for supporting information and may suspend payouts while investigating fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.

Referral codes, campaign links, and notifications

Affiliates may create up to five referral codes and up to five active named campaign links per code. Codes and campaign names are used for the affiliate’s private performance reporting; every code uses the same discount, commission rate, and attribution rules.

The primary referral code is permanent. Another code scheduled for retirement remains active and occupies a code slot for 30 days so existing campaigns do not break without warning. The affiliate may cancel retirement during that grace period. After Stripe disables the retired code, its slot and public code are released for reuse while its historical reporting remains available.

Affiliates receive registration and paid-subscription emails by default and may disable either alert separately from the affiliate dashboard. Security emails about payout-detail changes are mandatory.

Disclosure and promotion

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Equibles wherever the link or code is promoted. Spam, misleading claims, paid search using Equibles trademarks, cookie stuffing, and impersonation are prohibited.

Changes and termination

Equibles may change or end the program by updating these terms and providing reasonable notice where practical. Changes apply prospectively; they do not reduce commission already earned on eligible paid transactions. Operational or affiliate-beneficial revisions may preserve an earlier acceptance. New referrals pause for a materially adverse revision until the affiliate expressly accepts it. Either party may end participation at any time.
