“I wanted to ask on the gross margins into 27 to the extent you're willing to outline some expectations. I mean, even without a hard guide, just any, I guess, detail on sort of the pluses and minuses across mix that we should consider into 27?”

“So just the CapEx guide reduced by $70 million, you mentioned you've got flexibility to scale back or postpone. Basically, just if you could unpack that a little bit, what would you be pulling back on?”

“Certainly in the market, we're seeing vendor price increases and siding, roofing, et cetera. So maybe just kind of update us, kind of tick through all your major categories and what you're seeing from a pricing perspective and the ability to push that down to builders.”

“Just another one on the strategic investments in plumbing. I have a question. Is this kind of one time, or should we assume that this is kind of all gone by Q3?”

“Apologies if I didn't hear this, but just to double-check on the gross margin, I think you said last quarter that you were looking towards the sort of low end of the 24 to 25, 24.5 to 25 range for the year.”
