“Obviously, the flow that you've been for a while is a product of a softer environment. With mortgage rates moving higher here, how should we think about your willingness to let that absorption pace continue to drift lower from where it's running at this year to protect gross margin?”

“I want to ask about your comments around labor availability. Your cycle times continue to make really good progress, but as you guys alluded to, there's been reports of labor becoming more constrained.”

“SG&A has been hovering in the 9% to 10% range for the last several years. That's a bit better than where it was pre-COVID, but you also have some good community count growth coming online next year and then also in years after that, it sounds like.”

“First one on the kind of the overall portfolio and going back to Fiberon strategic review, what's kind of the timeline for completion there? And then as we think about the portfolio more generally, how should we think about other parts of that business or other parts of your business overall?”

“At times in the past when the market's been weaker, you guys have used that as an opportunity to pick up headcount to try to help grow your share. I think here recently, including in the preparator markets, you've continued to talk about keeping your head count flat.”
