Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 20, 2023, John Junyong Lee, the Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Ainos, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his positions with the Company, effective as of such date. The departure of Mr. Lee was not related to any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
