Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. |
At the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held on June 10, 2025, the following proposals were submitted to the stockholders of the Company:

The election of three directors to serve as Class II directors until the Company’s 2028 annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified or until their earlier death, resignation or removal. |

The ratification of the appointment of BDO USA, P.C. as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. |

Of the 59,895,588 shares of the Company’s common stock entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting, 45,618,769 shares, or approximately 76.2%, were represented at the meeting in person or by proxy, constituting a quorum.
