On July 6, 2023, Denise L. Jackson notified AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intention to retire from her role as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective August 18, 2023. Ms. Jackson has served as a valued member of the Company’s executive leadership team for 23 years.
Whitney M. Laughlin will succeed Ms. Jackson as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Laughlin has been with the Company for 17 years and has served as the Company’s Deputy General Counsel for 12 years.
