Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "AnnualMeeting") of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (the “Company”) held on May 17, 2023, the Company’s shareholders voted on four proposals as set forth below, each of which is described in greater detail in the Company’s proxy statement filed on April 4, 2023 for the Annual Meeting (the “Proxy Statement”). The number of votes cast for and against, and the number of abstentions and broker non-votes with respect to each matter voted upon are set forth below.
