Resignation of Vice President, Finance

Effective August 12, 2022, Omar Sukarieh resigned from his role as the Vice President, Finance of Anghami Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other career opportunities.

The Company has appointed Rabih Khoury to serve as the interim Vice President, Finance while the Company undertakes a search for a new Vice President, Finance.
