On September 22, 2024, Armata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) reached an agreement with Richard Rychlik, the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller, pursuant to which Mr. Rychlik’s employment will conclude effective as of September 30, 2024.
The Company and Mr. Rychlik are currently negotiating the terms of his separation agreement that will be finalized at a later date.
