Our 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on April 28, 2022 (the "Annual Meeting"). At the Annual Meeting, the following matters, set forth in our proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 16, 2022, were voted upon with the results indicated below.
