Item 8.01 Other Events.

Ashland Global Holdings Inc. (“Ashland”) wishes to announce the record date of June 1, 2022 for any quarterly dividend that may be declared by Ashland’s Board of Directors when it meets later this month of May. Ashland will follow up with an announcement after any such dividend declaration by its Board of Directors.
