Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 3, 2026, Strive, Inc. ("Strive" or the "Company") announced that during the period from July 27, 2026 through July 31, 2026, Strive purchased 20 bitcoin at an average price of approximately $63,191 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses. The Company also announced the following updates to its holdings of cash and cash equivalents, bitcoin, and Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock of Strategy Inc. (the "STRC Stock") and shares outstanding of Class A common stock, Class B common stock, and Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (the "SATA Stock"):
