Item8.01. Other Events.

On June 3, 2023, Atlas Lithium Corporation (the “Company”) became aware that a complaint had been filed by Douglas Salomon against the Company and certain members of the Company’s senior management in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, alleging violations of the federal securities laws pursuant to Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Company does not know Mr. Salomon. The Company believes the claims are without any merit and plans to vigorously defend against them.
