The U.S. Army has lifted the stop work order it issued on the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a ceiling value of $990,000,000 between the U.S. Army and AeroVironment, Inc. (“the Company”) related to the Company’s Switchblade systems. As a result of the lifting of the stop work order, the Company will proceed with fulfilling the $128 million delivery order issued under the contract. The lifting of the stop work order does not affect the U.S. Government Accountability Office’s consideration of the protest filed earlier this month challenging the award of the contract to the Company.
