Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Bay First Annual Shareholder Meeting. I want to thank each shareholder who took the time to vote and want to thank everyone for their continued support of Bay First, including our customers and employees. I want to remind you that the rights offering is underway for all legacy shareholders of record as of May 12, 2026, and that you have until September 30, 2026, to submit your subscription.
