Dear Sirs:

I hereby inform you in my capacity as Head of Relations with the Market of Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. that the Board of Directors decided at its meeting held today, to make modifications within the Front Line Management. In this regard, as from December 31st 2024, Mrs. Mónica Etcheverry shall cease to be Director of Internal Control and Compliance, and Mrs. Beatriz Francia was hereby appointed to perform her duties.

In turn, the Board of Directors would like to thank Mónica Etcheverry for her great commitment and professional contribution throughout her successful career at the Bank.
