On November 1, 2024, Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 14, 2024, payable on November 27, 2024.

The Company posted a related news release on its Investor Relations website at ir.berkshirebank.com.
