On June 18, 2021, Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2021, payable on July 8, 2021.

A copy of the news release, dated June 18, 2021, announcing the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.

BOSTON, June 18, 2021 – Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: BHLB) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2021, payable on July 8, 2021.
