On January 28, 2022, Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2022, payable on February 24, 2022.

A copy of the news release, dated January 28, 2022, announcing the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.

BOSTON, January 28, 2022 – Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE:

    BHLB\) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2022, payable on February 24, 2022.
