Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 20, 2022, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial and operating results for the year ended December 31, 2021 after the market closes on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. The Company will host its earnings conference call and audio webcast on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
