Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 12, 2023, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 after the market closes on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The Company will host its earnings conference call and audio webcast on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

BNL is a real estate investment trust that acquires, owns, and manages primarily single-tenant commercial real estate properties that are net leased on a long-term basis to a diversified group of tenants.
