On November 9, 2020, Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company will be hosting a conference call on Monday, November 16, 2020, at 4:30 a.m. ET, during which time the Company will discuss its third quarter 2020 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
