Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 30, 2023, Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release to announce it will hold a conference call to announce its third quarter 2023 financial results on November 8, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

The conference call details are as follows:

Financial Results Conference Call

DULUTH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boxlight Corporation (Nasdaq: BOXL), a leading provider of interactive technology solutions, will hold its Third Quarter 2023 earnings conference call on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The conference details are as follows:
