On June 14, 2021, Cognyte Software Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will conduct a conference call on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 8:30am ET to review the Company’s first quarter financial results for the period ending April 30, 2021. Cognyte to Announce First Quarter Financial Results on June 22, 2021

Herzliya, Israel – June 14, 2021 – Cognyte Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: CGNT) will conduct a conference call on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 8:30am ET to review its first quarter financial results for the period ending April 30, 2021. An earnings press release will be issued prior to the conference call.
