BEIJING, April 11, 2022 -- China Online Education Group (“51Talk” or the “Company”) (NYSE: COE), a leading online education platform in China, with core expertise in English education, announced that Mr. Liming Zhang has tendered his resignation as the Company's Chief Operating Officer due to personal reasons. His last day with the Company will be May 15, 2022.
The Company greatly appreciates Mr. Zhang’s significant contributions to the management of the Company's operations as well as his role as the co-founder of the Company, and sincerely wishes his continued success in his future endeavors.
