RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 1st September 2021, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 34,050 Ordinary Shares at prices between €20.825 and €24.24 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £20.11 and £20.83 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 16,273,830 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 778,866,508.
