RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 27th January 2021, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 6,254 Ordinary Shares at prices of €21.12 and €27.86 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 10,075,105 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 785,065,233.
