EXPLANATORY NOTE
On April 21, 2024, the Board of Directors of Critical Metals Corp. (the “Company”) appointed Tony Sage to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Sage has served as the Company’s Executive Chairman since October 2021. Dietrich Wanke, the former Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will remain employed with the Company and will transition to the new role of President of European Operations.
