On November 14, 2023, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Contango ORE, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change to the Company’s fiscal year end from June 30 to December 31, effective as of December 31, 2023. Accordingly, the new fiscal year will begin on January 1^st^ and end on December 31^st^. To complete the change, the Company will use a six-month transition period from July 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, and intends to file a transition report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering the six-month transition period.
