Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“The Company, having evaluated the extant facts and circumstances, concluded that the facts and circumstances raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date of issuance of these financial statements. While the Company raised approximately $14 million in gross proceeds resulting from subsequent Private Placement described in Note 1. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE and further discussed in Note 9. COMMON STOCK, it is not probable that these funds are sufficient to fund expenditures necessary to achieve sales growth and innovation objectives. The Company intends to consummate additional capital raising activities, but there is no certainty as to such capital raising activities occurring at all, or occurring with sufficient timing or magnitude, sufficient to alleviate such substantial doubt.”View the 10-Q filed May 14, 2026
Total shares sold short and not yet covered, reported to FINRA by broker-dealers twice a month. Each reading settles on the 15th and the last business day of the month and is published seven business days later — the next scheduled dates are listed at the top of the table. Days to cover divides the short position by average daily volume; a high value (above 5) can signal short-squeeze potential.
Peer-relative percentile rank across all stocks reporting short interest at the latest settlement date (2026-07-15). Weighted mean of the available factors (short interest 30%, days to cover 20%, price vs VWAP 15%, short-volume trend 15%, short-interest change 10%, fails-to-deliver 10%) plus catalyst boosts (price spike, volume surge, earnings within days), capped at +20 and clamped to 100.
