On April 8, 2025, Cycurion, Inc., issued a press release announcing an expanded partnership with Journal Technologies. Together, the companies have been awarded a $22 million multi-year contract to deliver a state-of-the-art criminal justice case management system to a State Police agency. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
