Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 29, 2024, Ching W. Jaw, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, informed Cytokinetics, Incorporated (the "Company") that he would be resigning his office and employment with the Company effective February 23, 2024. Mr. Jaw's stated reason for departure is to attend to a personal health condition and his departure is on mutually good terms between the Company and himself.
