On March 7, 2024, Dover Corporation (the “Company”) announced that the term of the employment agreement of Richard J. Tobin, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors, has been extended, effective March 5, 2024, to May 30, 2027.
